There are instances where a company wants to close a single location or a chain of stores, but either doesn't have the management employees available or the expertise to design, implement and manage a close out liquidation sale.  On a commission or net minimum guarantee basis, Maynards will develop a detailed liquidation program, incorporating discount rates, design a targeted, cost-efficient marketing program and oversee staffing requirements.  We will ensure that the liquidation program is run smoothly and delivers the maximum sales proceeds to our client, while adhering to a short liquidation period.   

Run to Wind Up

In situations where a distressed company has existing work in process, Maynards can take over management of the manufacturing and convert the work-in-process inventories into finished products.   In conjunction with the manufacturing, Maynards will then implement a liquidation sales program to sell the finished goods in a timely, efficient manner through either one of our liquidation centres or through a wholesale program.  The inventory completion program can be managed in conjunction with a machinery and equipment auction or as a stand-alone project.
